To ease the burden on European taxpayers, particularly if U.S. aid were to stop, Olena Halushka, co-founder of the International Center for Ukraine Victory, and Leonid Litra, a researcher at the New Europe Center in Kiev, are responding to the confiscation of the assets of the Bank of Russia.
